My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic modalities and ways of working, so that together we can find what best supports you.
I aim to meet you where you are, with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind. I am committed to my clients and to creating a space that feels warm, respectful, and grounded in trust. My aim is help you make sense of what is happening in your world, find clarity and to reconnect with your inner resources.
Therapy is a journey of exploration, and while it can feel challenging, it can also bring a sense of relief, discovery, and renewed connection.
