I am Aimee, a UKCP trainee Psychotherapist with seven years helping people with mental health and complex needs, and two years of counselling clients. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can be heard, understood, and supported in finding your way forward.

What now? What next? Working together

I provide an initial free 10 minute telephone conversation.
The first session is an online, trauma-informed assessment designed to explore your current circumstances, therapeutic goals, and help us understand if I am the right therapist for you.
If we choose to continue, therapy sessions are held weekly online and last 50 minutes.
