About me
I'm a UKCP trainee counselling psychotherapist, completing my masters at the Metanoia Institute in London. My Journey into psychotherapy has been shaped by a deep interest in understanding people and helping them find meaning and balance through life's challenges.

I've worked with clients through low-cost counselling services and private practice, and have supported individuals and families through bereavement charities.

In addition to my psychotherapy work, I'm also a Behavioural Clinical Practitioner within complex care settings, where I support people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities though developing behavioural interventions and care plans.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in empathy. Creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore what has happened in your life at your pace.
